As a mother of two little ones, the world of motherhood photography holds a special place in my heart. I strive to capture the essence of motherhood - the connection, the love, the tender and the wild moments.

There is nothing more bittersweet than watching your own kids grow. My mission is to help mothers relive those precious memories, not just in their thoughts but through tangible, heartfelt images. There's a unique joy in being able to see the love, laughter, and connections in a photograph, and I will be honoured to be a part of preserving those memories for you.

Embarking on the journey of motherhood is a magical and transformative experience. Your session will be a celebration of the beauty, strength, and love that defines this incredible chapter in your life.From tender moments of connection with your partner to solo shots that highlight your strength and grace, your photos will tell a story of this precious time.I want you to feel comfortable and aim towards organic images, but I will give you heaps of direction.

If I’m not saying anything, it’s because you’re nailing it. Now, let me bring a little romance to this busy life - all you have to do is relax and enjoy this photoshoot as a special time to take a deep breath, pause and daydream about the baby you'll get to meet very soon.

NEWBORN

Your newborn session will be a celebration of the pure sweetness, tenderness, and boundless love that defines the early days of your baby's life. You can expect a blend of posed and candid shots that include your whole family. We will plan the photoshoot together so your baby is relaxed and sleepy for part of the session to capture all the sweet details, chubby cheeks and their oh so cute tiny little hands and feet. 

Newborn photoshoot demands patience and flexibility and we will work at the baby's pace, ensuring a calm and relaxed atmosphere, allowing for breaks and adjustments as needed.

All you have to do is relax and love your baby (and sniff that little baby head.) Newborn sessions usually take place in the comfort of your home. Outdoor sessions can be scheduled during the warmer months as well.

Session fee includes the time it takes to capture and process your images, detailed session planning, location advice, access to client wardrobe/styling advice. Access to private online gallery and the classic photo package. Upgrade to larger photo packages available. $250 deposit required for booking per session.

Secure your booking with payment of the deposit, signing the contract and filling out a short questionnaire.

PLANNING STARTS

You’ll be sent some information on how to prepare for your session. Locations to consider, wardrobe advice and what I have included in my client closet.

CONFIRM THE PLAN

We’ll be in touch to confirm the details and to discuss more if you have a specific vision.

SHOOT DAY

The best part! We’ll get to meet each other and capture your magic. You’ll also pop through payment for the remaining balance.

GALLERY DELIVERY

After 2-3 weeks you’ll receive the email you’ve been so patiently waiting for. Time to re-live your session. Aren’t you all just the sweetest! Packages can be upgraded at this point.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Maternity photos are usually taken outdoors but can be in your home or in my photography studio. Most of my newborn sessions happen in studio or in the comfort of your home. Summer months allow for outdoor shoots.

  • I do have a list of my favourite places that I know well, but I’m always open to discovering new places. We will discuss this after your session is booked.

  • We will reschedule your session to the next available date.

  • This one is very personal and specific. I will send you a mood-board and tops and tricks for the best looking outfits. I will happily assist you with putting this all together. You will also have full access to my client closet of dresses for mamas and little ones. View my client closets HERE.

  • We will closely monitor the weather forecast. I usually wait until the day of the session and if needed we will reschedule.
